Steps

The steps for setting up a company and obtaining a cryptocurrency authorization are as follows:

Prepare authorization and KYC documents

Once the company structure is clear, we will send you all the draft documents necessary to register a company in Slovakia on your behalf and obtain authorization for cryptocurrencies. Normally, you can go through the relevant procedures by providing us with customer information, power of attorney, copy of passport, proof of address and proof of no criminal record.

Establishment of a company in Slovakia

We will receive the originals of the documents you provided, translate them into Slovak and make an appointment for notarization for the registration of the company. Share capital can be paid either by transfer or as a non-monetary contribution. The final decision is in your hands.

Registering the Company as a Value Added Service Provider

In order to provide cryptocurrency-related services, companies must be registered as VASPs (Virtual Asset Service Providers) with the Commercial Registry. This process takes up to 5 working days. You don't need to do any extra action.

It is important to note that in order to register a company, you only need to take minimal actions. With a set of basic documents ready and sent to us, you can register a crypto company in Europe.
